Nested Roots was founded to provide non-medical essential support for seniors who continue to cherish residing in their own homes and are not yet ready for full time care but require some assistance with specific tasks.
With eight years in experience caring for others, I strive for meaningful work, have a passion for connecting with seniors, and believe that independence and autonomy should be priorities regardless of age or ability.

What is Therapeutic Recreation?
Therapeutic Recreation focuses on increasing joy and life purpose by removing limitations or barriers, creating meaningful experiences and improving quality of life. Basic tenets of this practice are that all beings have the fundamental right to autonomy, dignity and self-determination.
